The participant will be fully trained in the following: - Prepare items for online profiling so that stock can be listed in the best possible way including styling and steaming. - Photograph stock and prepare product descriptions and content for upload. - Day to day operations of the online store picking orders and packaging items for delivery. - Respond to online customer queries. - Process inbound deliveries of stock in a timely manner. ensuring stock locations are created and maintained.Role Description This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP. Formal Training: - NCBI full health and safety training - Induction. - E commerce training on styling and profiling stock - How to fill orders and prepare deliveries. - E Commerce training - Digital Marketing Informal Training: - Communication Skills - Teamwork
