Barden are partnering with one of the fastest growing accounting firms in Cork to identify a Corporate Finance Director. In particular the Corporate Finance team has seen significant growth over the last number of years, and they are now in a position to push the business to the next level.The ideal candidate will be eager to create something very meaningful for themselves and for the wider firm. They will be eager to get involved in origination, addingvalueand assisting with the growth of the wider business in Cork.Once established in the business and the leadership team are happy there is a strong appetite that this position will move beyond director.ABOUT THE ROLE:What’s involved in the role?This national firm has a strong local presence in Cork and the team have identified a local client base who want to deal with a local firm. This team works closely with local family-run companies, large well-established groups and also companies in growth phase, they also work closely with banks and investors on various projects including;Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / funding proposalsCarrying out Due Diligence and Financial reviewsPreparing and assisting with Valuation reportsAssisting with Financial ModellingAdvising on Debt and Equity raisingAssisting with sale or purchase mandates including preparation of information memoranda, management of data rooms etcThe Manager will also be responsible for bringing new business to the firm and maintaining existing relationships.
