- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration
- Familiar with a computerised patient information systems
- The ability to interact and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary staff members within the Hermitage Clinic.
- Flexibility/adaptability
- Good Microsoft office skills to include MS Word and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Ability to remain confidential with patient information
- Ability to have empathy with patients
- Practice high standard of customer service and care
- Experience with Meditech,system
- Experience working in a Healthcare environment
- QQI (or other) qualification in medical administration and terminology
