Salary: Competitive day rateProject Manager - Infrastructure | DublinMorgan McKinley is working in partnership with a leading infrastructure delivery firm to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a major, high-value infrastructure project based in Dublin.This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to work on one of Ireland's most ambitious infrastructure programmes. The successful candidate will have full oversight of project execution-from mobilisation to final handover-and will be instrumental in managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring best-in-class delivery, and driving safety, compliance, and performance.About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing all phases of project execution-from mobilisation through to completion-ensuring the delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale infrastructure project, ensuring programme, budget, quality, and compliance targets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including engineers, consultants, contractors, and government bodies.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, cost forecasts, procurement schedules, and risk registers.
  • Oversee compliance with all relevant legislation, including Irish construction regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards.
  • Provide leadership to on-site and office-based project teams, promoting a collaborative, safety-first culture.
  • Report regularly to senior management and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and milestones,
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in project management roles within large-scale infrastructure or public works.
  • Strong commercial awareness and proven budgetary control.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement and project governance in Ireland.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable.
