VacancyClerical AdministratorWe are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Hospital Clerical Administrator.Duties within the role will include :- Supporting clinics- Diary management- Scheduling appointments – in patient and out-patient- Meeting and greeting patients, dealing with patient queries- Liaising with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a quality service.- Other ad-hoc administration duties as requiredCandidate Requirements:· An administration or professional qualification is preferable.· Previous Experience working in a similar administration role desirable , preferably within the Healthcare sector.· A working knowledge of Word Processing and Databases.· Knowledge of Health Insurance an advantage, but not essential· Excellent numeracy skills, and focus on attention to detail· Have strong communication skills.· Fully flexible and adaptable· Excellent interpersonal skills, must be courteous and conscientious· Able to demonstrate, speed, accuracy and literacy· Works well as part of a team.Applications or enquiries can be made to Laura Browne, HR Office by email before 31st August 2025 to Laura.Browne@materprivate.ieMater Private Cork is committed to a policy of equal opportunities.
