- Location: Multiple locations surrounding Cork City and Suburbs
- Start Date: Ideally immediate or within 1 week
- Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Pay: €17.04 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time contract 3 months temporary initially
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the team
- Manage incoming communications - phone, post, and email
- Process and file documentation accurately, in line with GDPR and internal policies
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage room bookings
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documentation as needed
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Support front desk operations including visitor management
- Carry out additional tasks as required by management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
