- Working with the team to consistently exceed guest expectations with every dish served.
- Managing stock control and placing orders as necessary.
- Leading and supporting kitchen team members to maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhering to food hygiene practices, HACCP compliance, and kitchen safety protocols.
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any issues promptly.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a busy kitchen, ideally at a Chef de Partie level.
- A strong passion for the preparation and presentation of exceptional food.
- The ability to thrive in a team environment while using your initiative.
- Excellent communication skills (proficient in English).
- A commitment to high standards and HACCP compliance.
