OTS Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle i.e sourcing and selecting technical personnel including interviewing, referencing, and recommending same to our clients
• Managing active database of technical, pharmaceutical and related industries of clients and candidates
• Identifying pro-active methods of recruitment and continuously looking for new ways to improve the service to our clients
• Conducting on site visits/meetings with both PM personnel and clients to develop business and strengthen existing relationships
• Managing and negotiating existing and new commercials with clients and personnel
• Liaise with PM Project Managers managing existing PM projects, and potentially developing future business with those clients

• 3-5 years engineering/pharmaceutical/construction recruitment/outsourcing experience
• Hold a diploma/degree in engineering/science/construction technologies
• Have good account management, business development and commercial experience
• Experience of using recruitment systems to build talent networks, store communication history and maintain contact with candidates is a must
• The ideal person must have excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills and also be a team player
