- Act as primary finance contact for assigned entities.
- Manage general ledger activities and month-end close.
- Complete P&L and balance sheet analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Contribute to service standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate processes and implement optimisation and automation opportunities.
- Support statutory accounting and VAT requirements as needed.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Experience in RTR within a multinational environment; Shared Services an advantage.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Proficient in SAP (or similar ERP) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in analytics, automation, and intelligent financial technologies.
- Ability to support occasional late US close.
