Oradeo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Foreman to join a leading contractor in Limerick. This role is ideally suited to a confident site professional with strong leadership ability, responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Foreman Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise all trades on site
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings and specifications
Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to maintain productivity and workflow
Monitor progress, identify potential issues early, and report to the Site Manager
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and workmanship on site
Keep accurate daily records, including site diaries and progress reports
Support the wider project team with planning, sequencing, and site logistics

Necessary Skills & Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman role
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and health & safety requirements
Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and ensure works meet specifications
Valid Safe Pass and relevant site tickets required
