ING Wholesale Banking is looking for a KYC Manager to be based in Dublin.Reporting hierarchically to the Country FCP Lead in Ireland, the KYC manager will support to ensure local compliance with the global KYC program. You will be the local referent for process units as CDD team and CO team and work closely with local FCP Lead.Role SummaryKey ResponsibilitiesBAU :
  • monitor the CDD activity : Liaise with processing units ( CDD / CO ) and front office staff to ensure timely management of KYC reviews, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Organizing and Leading weekly meetings with processing units teams.
  • Local referent for any QC and QA matters across 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense.
Continuous Improvement / Process Optimization
  • Support the implementation and updating policy & regulatory driven processes and subsequent remediation plans.
  • propose actions as part of continuous improvement efforts (for processes and/or the team) and actively contribute to the deployment of these initiative.
Data management :
  • Participate in the Ireland’s Safe-Deposit Box, Bank & Payments Accounts Register (ISBAR) reporting process.
  • Be the Local Champion for KYCO tool.
Job RequirementsSkills/Experience required:
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience within the banking industry and regulatory;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently.
