- Manage the receipt, distribution, and filing of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
- Establish and maintain a systematic document control process to ensure easy retrieval and storage of information.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure that document submissions are timely and compliant with project requirements.
- Track and update all document revisions and maintain accurate records of document statuses.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Training and support team members on document control processes and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of document control processes and software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring document security.
