- Working across a Monday to Sunday roster; flexibility is essential due to the nature of the business
- Midweek shifts: 9:00am–5:00pm / 10:00am–6:00pm / 12:00pm–8:00pm
- Weekend shifts: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Handling all reservations enquiries via telephone, online platforms, and third-party websites
- Maximising room revenue by achieving the best possible rates while meeting sales targets and budgets
- Managing guest queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining and updating the reservations system daily
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Working closely with Senior Management and the Sales Team to maximise revenue through effective yield management
- Strong computer literacy with a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Experience using Opera Cloud is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or the hotel industry
