- Handle incoming calls from hotel guests and assist with new and existing reservations.
- Input and manage reservations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide detailed and accurate information on hotel facilities and amenities.
- Process cancellations, amendments, and special requests efficiently.
- Log all calls and correspondence accurately.
- Upsell additional services and packages to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage email correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Stay updated on all hotel policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service environment is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required for customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good knowledge of Irish geography is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel or booking systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the hotel or hospitality industry is desirable.
- Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and Bank Holidays is required.
