Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk, Banking

• Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across European operations.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of key risk governance and regulatory processes, including internal risk assessments and planning activities.
• Contribute to the preparation of risk reporting and analysis for senior management committees and board-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate periodic risk register reviews and collaborate with business units to identify and monitor emerging risks.
• Support the development and implementation of risk appetite frameworks and related policies.
• Contribute to stress testing, recovery planning, and scenario analysis initiatives.
• Partner with control functions and business teams to ensure consistent application of risk policies and procedures.
• Assist in the oversight of reputational, operational, and strategic risk topics.
• Support broader risk governance activities, including committee coordination and documentation where required.ement Framework and Risk Appetite Framework, liaising with relevant Group counterparts and local business lines and Control & Support functions as required.

• Minimum of 5 years experience within Enterprise Risk, Risk Management, or Risk Governance in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks applicable to banking or financial institutions.
• Experience preparing or contributing to risk reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with risk data and frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business areas and functions.
