A leading engineering & construction company with a presence across many EU countries is looking to hire an Enterprise Risk Manager.They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to lead and enhance risk management practices across the organisation. This role will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to identify, assess, and manage strategic and operational risks, while also promoting a strong, proactive risk culture.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust enterprise-wide risk framework and ensuring a consistent, integrated approach to risk management across the business.Responsibilities:

Partner with management to identify, assess, and manage risks impacting strategic, operational, and financial objectives
Design and implement a dynamic enterprise risk management framework aligned to emerging risks
Develop and embed best practice risk policies, procedures, and ways of working
Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organisation
Support teams in understanding their risk exposure and embedding risk into decision-making
Ensure consistency and integration of risk management practices across all business areas
Design and deliver training, workshops, and communications to enhance risk awareness
Develop reporting frameworks to provide clear insights to senior leadership and the Board

Experience:

Proven experience as an Enterprise Risk Manager or in a similar role within a commercial environment
Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to work across all levels of an organisation
