- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Accommodation, and Public Areas
- Act as the senior manager on duty, providing leadership and decision-making support
- Take a hands-on role in restaurant, bar, and function service, especially during busy periods
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service throughout the hotel
- Lead, motivate, and support hotel staff across multiple departments
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and fire safety procedures
- Assist with stock control, labour management, cash handling, and daily reports
- Support senior management with operational efficiency and service improvement
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong Food & Beverage operational experience (restaurant & bar)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage hotel operations under pressure
- Flexibility to work shift patterns including evenings and weekends
- Experience working in a boutique or luxury hotel
- Front Office experience or knowledge of hotel PMS systems
- Strong understanding of hotel service standards and compliance
