Park West Gallery, the world's largest art dealer, is hiring Art Associates to join our shipboard team. You'll help run onboard auctions, engage guests, and support gallery operations—all while traveling the world.Responsibilities:
- Engage guests and guide them through the art sales process
- Set up gallery exhibitions and assist with live auctions
- Deliver polished, professional guest service
- Participate in training and shipboard safety drills
- Contract length: 3+ months onboard
- Travel: Round-trip flights provided
- Living: Accommodations and meals included
- Environment: Multicultural, high-energy cruise setting
- Weekly base pay
- Uncapped commissions (after 30 days)
- Performance bonuses

- Age 21 or older
- Proficient English
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Sales-oriented, energetic, and resilient
- Able to lift and move artwork (up to 50 lbs.)
