The role is field-based and highly strategic, responsible for engaging with a broad range of healthcare providers to drive growth and ensure market leadership.The RoleAs a senior member of the commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion across public and private healthcare providers, particularly within secondary care and community settings. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to expand adoption of diagnostic solutions
  • Engage with clinical and commercial stakeholders across hospitals, community healthcare services, and private providers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support key projects, market development initiatives, and territory planning
  • Deliver against revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline activity, demand, and expenditures
  • Identify opportunities for new market penetration and service alignment
  • Represent the business at relevant industry events and meetings, ensuring a strong commercial presence
