Location: DublinSalary: €40,000 - €45,000+Reference: MC1744We are currently recruiting a Reception Manager for this academic institution. This role is responsible for providing an efficient reception service with key responsibilities including:

Room allocations, including large group bookings
Interdepartmental communications (ie accommodation, reception, operations etc)
Customer service: to include prompt resolution of customer issues
Team recruitment, development and training

Candidates must be available for work according to business needs with summer being peak season requiring weekend/shift work, while rest of the year enjoys a more steady, “regular” work schedule. However, this is a primarily daytime role and so would suit a hotel professional seeking to escape late/night shift work.The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience as Reception / Front Office Manager (or equivalent role) within a large 3/4 star property. Will be a proven team leader with strong training ability and experience of recruiting staff. Further candidate attributes include:

Ability to work under pressure
Highly organised individual with excellent prioritisation skills
Excellent communication, administration and IT skills
