- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients and partners
- Support procurement and inventory management feedback
- Drive sales for Navi products/services (Axium, Franchise, DispenSense, TillSense, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales for tailored strategies
- Improve commercial terms with partners where possible
- Manage contracts and legal documentation
- Communicate customer needs across teams and ensure follow-up
- Report on pricing, volume trends, and market insights
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through process reviews
- Align internal goals with company KPIs
- Lead continuous improvement in sales and operations
- Execute strategic plans in line with company objectives
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or similar
- Background in healthcare/pharma essential; retail/service is a plus
- Strong pharmacy sector relationships
- Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent organization and conflict resolution skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Field and office-based as required
