We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Project Manager to join our Global Customer Experience (GCX) organization. This role will support projects primarily in Regulatory, Trust, and Global Shipping initiatives, helping shape critical customer-facing outcomes.The ideal candidate is a curious, adaptive problem solver who can confidently manage projects of varying complexity and scale. We’re looking for someone who embraces innovation—especially in using AI tools and creative approaches—to increase efficiency, clarity, and impact.What you will accomplishLead and influence cross-functional project teams—locally and globally—throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.Manage projects ranging from small to large in scope, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.Apply GCX Program Support Office (PSO) standards to maintain clear, accurate project documentation, dashboards, and reporting.Create and maintain structured project plans, high-quality documentation, and data-driven insights.Identify project inputs, dependencies, and risks; proactively manage and communicate mitigation strategies.Translate KPIs and business outcomes into clear updates for stakeholders.Empower and support project team members by fostering collaboration, ownership, and accountability.Manage change effectively, ensuring stakeholder alignment and readiness through clear and timely communication.Support senior project leaders with program-level deliverables, including roadmaps, risk assessments, and lessons learned.Seek opportunities to apply AI and automation for improved project execution, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.What you will bring3+ years of project management experience, or 4+ years of relevant industry experience.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.) is a plus.Solid knowledge of project management methods, tools, and best practices.Ability to work autonomously while engaging key stakeholders for input and alignment.Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging senior leadership.Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse teams and cultures.Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to explore new possibilities, particularly in investigating pioneering technologies and solutions fueled by AI.A balance of efficiency and thoughtful risk management, with decision-making that reflects customer and business priorities.#LI-ML1Please see the for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
