- Conduct analysis to assess feasibility, impact, and risks of AI and technology opportunities
- Facilitate use-case discovery workshops and map processes to AI and technology scenarios (e.g., drafting, summarisation, search, data extraction, analysis)
- Drive adoption across legal and business service functions by understanding workflows and identifying enablement opportunities
- Provide hands-on support for pilot initiatives and early adoption, transitioning to sustainable, self-service use
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to foster understanding and adoption
- Support structured change management activities
- Participate in user groups to share progress, gather feedback, and communicate with service lines
- Contribute to ongoing technology reviews to capture outcomes and lessons learned
- Design reusable prompts, patterns, templates, and scenario playbooks
- Identify opportunities to improve or retire existing workflows and guidance
- Define and track adoption, usage, and value metrics (e.g., active users, time saved, quality indicators)
- Maintain dashboards and reporting on adoption, value, and risk
- Produce concise documentation such as user guides, FAQs, playbooks, and enablement materials
- Provide specialist support for enterprise technology and AI platforms (e.g., productivity suites, approved AI tools, internal applications)
- Analyse user scenarios and optimise workflows and prompts
- Collaborate with technology teams on secure configurations, access, and responsible use guidelines
- Ensure initiatives follow governance, testing, and review processes
- Support risk assessments and mitigation tracking
- Proven experience in business analysis, product adoption, digital workplace transformation, or AI-enabled change within professional services environments
- Hands-on delivery of AI or automation initiatives from discovery to rollout with measurable outcomes
- Experience contributing to governance, risk, and quality processes (e.g., testing, validation, audit)
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and adoption of new technologies
- Strong business analysis capabilities: requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Experience with prompt design and evaluation
