- Develop and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using BIM software.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to support project goals.
- Lead and facilitate weekly model coordination meetings.
- Detect and report model clashes using BIM coordination tools.
- Oversee incoming and shared models, ensuring accuracy and compatibility.
- Generate visual content such as renders and technical drawings for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems within the BIM environment.
- Deliver as-built documentation and asset information models.
- Support both live and tender projects with BIM input.
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and quality protocols.
- 5+ years' experience in BIM coordination with Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong background in mechanical or electrical services coordination.
- Proficient in BIM software tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of resolving coordination issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of producing COBie and Asset Information Models.
- Experience producing AutoCAD schematics and 3D visual content.
- Familiarity with working from point cloud data is advantageous.
- Background in mechanical/electrical trades is a plus.
