- Leading and evolving the HRConnection / People Services function, setting clear standards and direction
- Embedding a tiered HR service delivery model, ensuring strong first-contact resolution and clear escalation pathways
- Driving governance, consistency and compliance across HR processes, SOPs and policies
- Using data, insights and KPIs to improve service quality, speed and employee experience
- Championing continuous improvement, automation and smarter ways of working
- Partnering closely with HR leadership, HRBPs, Payroll, IT and other stakeholders
- Ensuring HR systems, case management tools and data are robust, accurate and audit-ready
- Significant experience in HR operations, shared services or HR service delivery
- Proven people leadership experience in a high-volume or complex environment
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and employment legislation
- A track record of improving services, embedding standards and strengthening governance
- Confidence using data and insights to inform decisions and drive improvement
