HRConnection is the front door to HR for our 3,000-strong workforce. As Manager, you will lead, evolve and elevate this service - ensuring employees and managers receive timely, high-quality, compliant and empathetic support across the full employee lifecycle.You'll take ownership of a centralised, high-volume HR service, embedding best-in-class service delivery models, strengthening governance, and using insight and data to continuously improve the experience for employees and leaders alike.This is a role for someone who loves leading teams, improving systems, solving complex problems, and building services that truly work - at scale.What this role offers:

What you'll be doing
  • Leading and evolving the HRConnection / People Services function, setting clear standards and direction
  • Embedding a tiered HR service delivery model, ensuring strong first-contact resolution and clear escalation pathways
  • Driving governance, consistency and compliance across HR processes, SOPs and policies
  • Using data, insights and KPIs to improve service quality, speed and employee experience
  • Championing continuous improvement, automation and smarter ways of working
  • Partnering closely with HR leadership, HRBPs, Payroll, IT and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring HR systems, case management tools and data are robust, accurate and audit-ready
About youYou're an experienced HR leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams. You're comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing service delivery with longer-term improvement and transformation.You'll bring:
  • Significant experience in HR operations, shared services or HR service delivery
  • Proven people leadership experience in a high-volume or complex environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and employment legislation
  • A track record of improving services, embedding standards and strengthening governance
  • Confidence using data and insights to inform decisions and drive improvement
