- Strategic Leadership: Oversee multiple client engagements in HR technology and transformation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
- Business Development: Drive business development activities to expand the HRT&T practice, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals that incorporate AI and data-driven solutions.
- Project Oversight: Manage project teams, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in HR technology and transformation, providing insights and best practices to clients and internal teams.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilise AI and machine learning techniques to analyse workforce data, deriving actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and enhance organisational performance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Experience: Proven experience in leading large-scale HR transformation programmes and technology implementation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field and significant professional experience in consulting roles, ideally at a senior level.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of HR technology solutions and an understanding of HR strategy and governance, with a focus on AI-driven innovations. Experience in Microsoft, SAP, and/or ServiceNow is desirable.
