Store Manager – Dublin City CentreAre you an experienced Supervisor or Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in your retail career? This is an exciting opportunity to become a Store Manager with a well-established Irish retailer based in the heart of Dublin City Centre.Our client is looking for an energetic, people-focused leader who can inspire a team, drive sales performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing, customer-focused sales team
Drive sales and commercial performance
Ensure the store is fully prepared to trade at all times
Manage stock levels, deliveries, and merchandising standards
Maintain excellent visual presentation
Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures

About You:

2+ years’ experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager
Ambitious, hands-on, and commercially minded
Passionate about retail, customer service, and team development
Confident leading from the front in a fast-paced environment
