You will play a key part in supporting the site teams to maintain and promote a strong health and safety culture across all operations - responsibilities will include:Conducting regular site inspections and auditsSupporting the development and implementation of safety documentation, risk assessments, and method statementsMonitoring compliance with current legislation and company proceduresPromoting continuous improvement and providing guidance to site teamsParticipating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigationsRequirements:Minimum of 1 year's experience in a health and safety role within a construction environmentFull, clean driving licenceRelevant Health and Safety qualificationStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyPractical, hands-on approach with a good understanding of general construction operationsWhy Join?
