- Manage Claims Review mailbox ensuring emails are responded to within 48-hour SLA.
- Ensure Data Protection Breaches are urgently reviewed, logged and escalated with 24-hour SLA
- Oversee the review of Ex-gratia requests
- Compile relevant reporting and provide insights on Data Protection Breaches and Ex-gratia activity to management team.
- Ensure all SOPs are up to date and adhered to
- Compile relevant data for SARs in line with timelines outlined by Compliance Team
- Support the Provider Queries Team in the management of queries, reconciliation requests and management information reporting and analysis
- Support the Claims Technical Support specialist with User Acceptance Testing, IT ticket handling, Production Release and Maintenance Notifications
- Other Ad hoc duties as required

- APA in Private Medical Insurance
- Fluency in English required (verbal and written)
