- Develop and refine product propositions for each customer type under the AFH sub-channels based on market research, customer insights, outlet classification, and segmentation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform proposition development, including co-management of prospecting databases, segmentation, reporting, and management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective sales propositions.
- Monitor the performance of products and implement improvements as necessary.
- Drive innovation in product propositions to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular reports on AFH commercial performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Co-develop and maintain the PICOS (Product, Insight, Communication, Occasion, and Service) for each sub-channel, ensuring best-in-class execution.
