This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in skincare, aesthetics, or dermatology, who thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients.
You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, opening new accounts, and supporting the development of our high-end brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and grow with a company dedicated to excellence.Primary DutiesKey Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and engage potential clients, establishing rapport and building strong relationships.
- Plan and manage your territory, arranging product demonstrations and meetings.
- Open new accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing development.
- Understand client businesses, including competitors, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to drive loyalty and retention.
- Develop and deliver accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the Beauty, Skincare, Aesthetic, or Dermatology sector.
- Strong ability to take a brand to market and elevate it to the next level.
- Confident and engaging, capable of presenting scientific and clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in account management, prospecting, and securing new business.
- Strong product knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
