- Lead financial operations across multiple European entities, including month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP requirements, overseeing statutory accounts and tax filings across jurisdictions
- Oversee core finance functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general accounting
- Maintain a robust internal controls framework, ensuring strong risk management and audit readiness
- Ensure supply chain compliance across all operating regions
- Manage transfer pricing requirements in line with group and regulatory standards
- Support the setup of new legal entities across Europe as required
- Identify and drive continuous process improvements within the finance function
- Build strong relationships with operational, project, and senior leadership teams
- Manage outsourced service providers and ensure service delivery excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
- Support strategic initiatives and key finance projects
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 10+ years' post-qualified experience
- Proven experience managing multi-entity, international reporting structures
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across the business
