The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic, qualified Financial Controller who is ready to take ownership of a busy finance function and lead a team through modernisation and change. Youu0027ll be stepping into a department that has historically operated manually and will lead the evolution of a traditionally manual finance function into a more modern, efficient operation. You will also play a key role in shaping financial strategy and supporting the companyu0027s continued growth trajectoryKey Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a finance team of five, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.
- Oversee all day‑to‑day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Modernise and streamline financial processes, reducing manual work and embedding best practice.
- Drive the implementation of Business Central and support adoption of Monday.com.
- Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial analysis for senior leadership.
- Partner with operational teams to support decision‑making and business performance.
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and continuous improvement across the department.
