Job DescriptionThe Technical Administrator will be the first point of contact for new business enquiries and is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks to support the organisation's operations.You will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will interact with other departments, clients, and stakeholders to provide excellent service and ensure the efficient running of projects.Job RequirementsEssential:
  • Relevant Administrative Qualification or experience in a similar position
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Able to assess, prioritise and plan own work to meet deadlines
Desirable:
  • Previous experience within a technical administration role in the utilities/engineering industry.
Job Responsibilities
  • Processing new enquiries via email/Envevo app
  • Liaising with clients/weekly update calls
  • Record management including updating cost sheets/trackers
  • Start up new job folders for upcoming contracts
  • Raising Purchase Orders/invoices
  • Assist with accommodation & travel arrangements
  • Issuing of work packs on app
  • Compile and issue operations & maintenance manuals for clients
  • Carrying out monthly meetings for update and status of managers deliverables / timescales
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
