- Change Management Proficiency – Extensive experience leading cultural and organisational change, including communication and engagement strategies.
- Talent Management & Leadership Development – Skilled in designing and executing talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership growth programs.
- HR Technology & Analytics – Strong grasp of HR systems, metrics, and analytics to inform data-driven decision making.
- Multilingual Capabilities – Fluency in additional European languages such as French, German, Italian or Spanish is advantageous for stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in Retail or Technology Sectors – Background in tech, systems integration, or retail industries to support sector-specific HR needs.
- Employee Engagement & Diversity Initiatives – Experience fostering inclusive, positive workplaces with programs to boost morale and diversity.
- Learning & Development Strategy – Ability to partner with global L&D teams to craft impactful leadership and career development programs.
- Operational HR Excellence – Demonstrated success in streamlining HR processes and implementing best practices at scale.
- Cross-Cultural Communication Skills – Ability to engage effectively in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
- High Resilience & Adaptability – Comfort navigating a rapidly changing market and uncertain organizational priorities.
- Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to build influential relationships across senior leadership and regional teams.
- Travel Flexibility – Willingness to travel 40-50% across European sites, with comfort consulting on-site and remotely.

- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or Related Field – Essential foundational qualification.
- Master's Degree or MBA (Preferred) – Additional qualification supporting strategic HR leadership expertise.
