- Activation of stores to a best-in-class standard.
- Liaise closely with Business Development Rep and Market Developers within the region.
- Proactively influence display placements and ensure our displays are impactful and always before our competitors in each and every store.
- Communication to the wider team with regular testimonials of ‘What Good Looks Like’ in terms of outlet execution.
- Required to achieve sales targets through calling on designated customers and selling/merchandising our full range of products.
- Identify new areas of opportunity for developing business in store then follow through and implement development plans.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills – effective influencer with professional manner.
- Able to build effective customer relationships and proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic and creative.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- IT Literate.
- Full, unrestricted driving license, ability to work outside 9-5 if required across the region.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Experience in FMCG
- As driving is an essential requirement for this role – you must have a full clean Driving licence in order to be eligible to apply
