The role presents a great opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for people who will embrace the opportunity and progress with the business as it grows. 01Your new role:You will be part of an experienced project delivery team working on large-scale substation and ESB Framework projects.Key Responsibilities:

The PIW is the person responsible for assigning work on ESBN Systems to Approved persons.
Work Packs - preparation and issuing. Premobilisation etc.
Program - Planning of works/ sequencing/ outage requirements.
Telemessing - Liaising with the Stations PICW's (site supervisors) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures as required.
Work closely with the site management on such duties as maintaining records and files.
Display a knowledge of the works being undertaken.
Manage Additional works - fault, scope creep etc.
Manage site Quality and Environmental issues.
Have an ability to manage multiple crews in electrical and a civil capacity.
Ensure the cost effective and on time delivery of all crews.
Ensure that sites are adequately resourced with materials, equipment and manpower.
Ensure that the safety file is properly maintained to include quality documentation, sign in sheets etc.
Ensure that the highest standard of safety is maintained on all sites.
Ensure that all site CVI'S(variations) are captured and recorded during the works.
Ensure that regular quality and H&S audits are carried out on site.

Qualifications, Skills, Attributes and Experience:

Qualified electrician
Supervisory experience essential of 33Kv or higher live substations
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organisational skills
Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE or equivalent)
