Drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations.What We’re Looking ForTechnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, data, and emerging technologies.
Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in sourcing and closing senior technical talent.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Tools & Tech: Proficiency with Workday ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.
Analytical Skills: Experience using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
