This is a strategic role where you’ll partner with senior leaders to attract and hire exceptional technical talent, driving innovation and growth in areas such as Software Engineering, DevOps, Agile Delivery, Open Banking, AI, and Machine Learning along with Technical PM & Product
You’ll join a high-performing team with a strong focus on direct sourcing, delivering a world-class candidate experience, and shaping the future of tech hiring for our European Tech HQ and regional offices.What You’ll DoTalent Strategy & AdvisoryPartner with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and workforce plans.
Provide market insights on tech talent trends, compensation, and competitor activity.Candidate Sourcing & EngagementDesign and execute innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles.
Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive engagement in tech communities.Recruitment Process ManagementOwn end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized technical positions.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.Data & InsightsUse analytics to optimize recruitment processes and report on key metrics.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations.What We’re Looking ForTechnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, data, and emerging technologies.
Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in sourcing and closing senior technical talent.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Tools & Tech: Proficiency with Workday ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.
Analytical Skills: Experience using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
