- Take charge of weekly payroll processing
- Address questions and provide support to employees on payroll matters
- Make sure all payroll activities follow up-to-date tax requirements
- Prepare and send out client invoices in high volumes
- Accurately assign incoming payments to the corresponding accounts
- Conduct follow-ups on overdue payments through calls and emails
- Perform month-end reconciliations for accounts receivable
- Resolve any billing or account discrepancies to uphold strong client relationships
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working across both payroll and accounts receivable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Quantum Payroll is a plus, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for handling payroll queries and account follow-ups
