The role requires supervising finishing trades, ensuring works meet fire safety and acoustic requirements, and delivering projects to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate finishing trades (carpentry, joinery, partitions, plastering).
Ensure compliance with fire-rated systems and acoustic standards.
Monitor workmanship, programme, and site safety.
Liaise with site management, design teams, and subcontractors.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and snagging logs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor, preferably with a carpentry/joinery background.
Experience with fire safety and acoustic finishes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong team leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
