If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team - we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate stock control and inventory recordsManage Goods In / Goods Out processes and documentationCreate and issue pick lists and movement reportsConduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies, including investigation into missing stockRespond to customer queries and provide timely updates, supporting a customer base of approximately 14 clientsPrepare reports, dockets, and invoicing documentation, including running reports for financeSupport warehouse operations as needed, including rolling up your sleeves and assisting the team on the floorAssist with planning and scheduling of warehouse activitiesEnsure confidentiality of all client informationCompliance & StandardsAdhere to all GDP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, and company SOPsMaintain high standards of Health & Safety complianceEnsure all systems, documentation, and processes are up to date and audit-readyWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a stock control or warehouse environmentExperience dealing with customers in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFlexible and willing to work overtime when requiredWillingness to be hands-on and support operational tasks when neededManual Handling, PPT, or Counterbalance certificationExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (essential)VNA experienceWorking HoursThe site operates between 07:00 and 17:30.
