That is still the key to our success today.Purpose of the role:Working in a Warehouse with 3 different temperatures, . +3 chill, +12 Ambient and Freezer chamber -25. Operatives will be primarily responsible for assisting with the smooth running of a Distribution Centre on behalf of one of Ireland’s largest retailers. Our Operatives earn €15.32 per hour, as well as a 20% weekend premium.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:· Working within fixed temperature environment, you will be responsible for the accurate picking and assembly of products· You will strive meet and exceed minimum efficiency and accuracy levels· Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to mechanical handling equipment, arm mounted computers· Actively promote and adhere to health and safety protocols and be responsible for your own safety and that of your colleagues. Shift operates on a one-week rotation basis.Due to the freezer's low temperatures, operatives work in 1.5-hour shifts, followed by a 30-minute warm-up break. Specialist PPE (Freezer suits are provided)
