- Manage and deliver day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with Irish employment law, HR best practice, and WRC guidelines.
- Lead all employee relations activities including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management.
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and succession planning.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, headcount management, and annual review processes.
- Support employee return-to-work and role redesign following illness or injury.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Track HR metrics and KPIs, analyse trends, and recommend improvements.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR role.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and employee relations.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
- Direct reporting line to Managing Director
