This is an exciting role for an ambitious person to join our team. This role is to assist the Facilities manager across the campusHow you will do itCoordinate planned and reactive works for both hard & soft services.Liaise with key internal stakeholders on a regular basis regarding general operations within the campusLiaise with suppliers, retrieve reports from completed worksManage the organisational CMMS system for internal operational requests including asset managementAssist the FM with Implementing and managing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiativesAssist with managing EHS minimize risks, comply with regulations, and promote a culture of safetyAssist with managing EHS management systems What we look forAbility to work in the office in Dublin 12 five days per weekFM & EHS experienceEffective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.Can-do attitude and team playerExcellent IT and organisational Skills#LI-Onsite#GOSIA
