€85,000 – €90,000 + Healthcare + Pension + BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Transformation Lead – Operations to join a leading international contractor, supporting the rollout and optimisation of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM360 across major engineering and construction projects in Ireland and Europe.This is a pivotal group support role based in Dublin HQ, working across multiple project teams to standardise workflows, enhance collaboration, and drive digital innovation across the full project lifecycle – Design, Plan, Build & Operate.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout, implementation, and management of Autodesk ACC & BIM360 platforms across the group
- Configure and align ACC modules with project-specific requirements and company standards
- Support project teams with training, onboarding, and troubleshooting to ensure adoption and efficiency
- Manage form templates, project setup, and system administration across the Mercury Group
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders by managing project hubs, CDEs, and ISO 19650 processes
- Monitor and resolve platform-related issues, liaising with Autodesk support when required
- Deliver training programs, user guides, and support materials to ensure knowledge transfer
- Collect user feedback to drive continuous improvement in workflows and platform usage
- Support QEHS, Commissioning, and Quality teams in digitising workflows and ensuring compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven track record in Autodesk ACC / BIM360 implementation & management
- Experience within construction environments – data centres, life sciences, or large-scale projects desirable
- Strong technical understanding of CDE, BIM, ISO19650, commissioning & QEHS workflows
- Background in Quality or EHS systems highly advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work from Dublin Head Office with EU-wide travel
- EU passport or right to work in Ireland required
