- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate partners.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and networking events to showcase the resort’s unique offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and client needs to adapt sales strategies.
- Represent the resort at industry events, both in Ireland and internationally.
- Experience in sales within the luxury hospitality or high-end service sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
