- Contribute to Deep Dive reserve reviews for P&C portfolios outside the Americas, working closely with underwriters, pricing actuaries, and claims teams.
- Support the quarterly financial close process to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Drive automation and enhance data-driven reserving processes and actuarial MI.
- Ensure regular flow of reserving information to and from key stakeholders, including Underwriting, Actuarial Pricing, Claims, Reinsurance Accounting, and Finance.
- Experience in a Non-Life Reinsurance business is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; VBA experience is favorable.
- Experience with ResQ and programming (R, Python) is beneficial.
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate actuarial concepts to non-actuarial audiences.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reserving role with a leading non-life re/insurer or actuarial consulting firm.
- Fellow or Associate of an internationally recognized actuarial society; nearly qualified candidates will also be considered.
