- Own the commercial function across multiple large-scale projects
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans to ensure financial targets are met
- Lead procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and subcontractor management
- Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership
- Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and industry standards
- Support tendering and bid submissions for future pipeline work
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field
- 8-10+ years' experience in commercial roles within the construction industry
- Proven success managing the commercial aspects of large, complex projects
- Strong knowledge of contract forms (RIAI, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in cost management tools and Microsoft Office
