We boldly go.Job Summary：The TK EMEA Finance Business Partner will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting and reporting activities. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of influencing business outcomes by liaising with other departments.
Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis:· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financials in accordance with corporate deadlines.· Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.· Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.· Conduct in-depth analysis of key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.Budgeting and Forecasting:· Preparing the financial forecasts (AOP, Quarterly Forecasts, LRP etc.).· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment with business objectives.· Monitor and analyse budget variances and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.Internal Controls and Compliance:· Develop and maintain a strong compliance environment.· Promote a culture of ethical behaviour and integrity within the finance team and across the organization.· Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters.Strategic Planning:· Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan.· Evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial due diligence, and provide recommendations to support business growth.· Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.· Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Accountancy certification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
