- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Lead HR projects and change initiatives across the organisation.
- Analyse people data to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Champion HR policies, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Promote a culture of recognition, sustainability, and social responsibility.
- Coach leaders through change, organisational design, and ER matters.
- Contribute to leadership development and capability building.
- Support EDI strategy and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead and develop direct reports within the People Partner team.
- Proven experience as a strategic HR partner in a professional environment, dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Strong generalist HR knowledge across talent, reward, L&D, ER, and employment law.
- Commercially aware, data-driven, and digitally literate.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
- CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
